- Primary & Secondary Diagnoses, Medical Profile
- School/Center Assignment, Program Stream, Tier Level
- IEP Plans, Domain Baselines, Mastery Goals & Daily Progress Logs
- Behavioral Incident Reports & Therapy Schedules
- Full Name, Contact Phone Number, Email Address
- CNIC / National Identification Number
- Residential Address & Relationship to Student
- Home Progress Logs, Feedback, & Query Submissions
- Official Name, Designation, Assigned School / Center
- Government Email & Authentication Credentials

- Device Push Tokens (used solely for real-time mobile alerts)

3. How We Use Your Information
Collected data is strictly utilized for educational, developmental, and administrative purposes under the direct mandate of the Government of Punjab:
- IEP Development & Mastery Tracking: Tailoring individualized education goals, tracking skill acquisition across 12 developmental domains, and evaluating term mastery.
- Parent-School Collaboration: Sharing daily summaries, behavioral observations, therapy schedules, and progress reports with verified parents/guardians.
- Real-Time Notifications: Sending push alerts for query updates, IEP lifecycle updates, and official school announcements.
- Institutional Quality Assurance: Enabling departmental administrators to monitor center performance, staff caseloads, and special education outcomes.
4. Mobile Application Permissions
The AUTISM360 Parent Mobile App requests minimal device permissions necessary for seamless operation:
Push Notifications
Delivers instant notifications regarding child daily logs, IEP status updates, therapist remarks, and direct query replies from school staff.
Camera & Photo Storage (Optional)
Allows parents or teachers to capture and upload student observation photos or document attachments to the secure portal.
5. Data Hosting & Security Standards
All data collected by AUTISM360 is hosted in secure, tier-grade government data center infrastructure maintained by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) inside Pakistan.
6. Third-Party Sharing & Disclosure
AUTISM360 does not sell, rent, or trade student or parent data to any private third parties, advertising agencies, or commercial brokers. Data is accessible solely to authorized personnel within the Special Education Department and PITB for official administrative duties or when required by the laws of Pakistan.
7. Your Rights & Access Controls
Parents and guardians have the right to view, verify, and request updates to their child's educational records. Account access or credential updates can be requested through the student's assigned Special Education Center or school administration.
